How good is your posture?

What about your balance?

Core refers to the torso and core stability promotes the stability of joints around the torso area under different loading conditions such as pushing, pulling and lifting through your arms and legs.  Strong core muscles improve your posture and balance, it contributes towards toned tummy muscles and it reduces the risk of back injuries particularly during exercising.

I will assess your core strength through a series of exercises starting with very easy movements and gradually increasing its difficulty level until you cannot longer do anymore.  Based on this I will design a fitness programme that will take your core strength further, a lot further!  If your core is already very strong then I will move on to assessing your flexibility.

Core stability and flexibility are the foundations to optimal physical fitness.
